Hardwiring Resilience into B2B Sales Leadership
About
The Institute for Effective Professional Selling (IEPS) sits at the center of a changing sales landscape, supporting B2B and B2G organizations as they navigate market volatility, shifting buyer expectations, and longer, more complex sales cycles.
Led by Fred Diamond and Gina Stracuzzi, IEPS is focused on the work that keeps sales organizations strong over time: developing leaders, strengthening teams, building credibility, and creating access to the right conversations when the market gets harder to predict.
For IEPS, community is not a side channel. It is part of how sales professionals stay connected, informed, and ready for what comes next.

In Their Words
โNetworked gives us the infrastructure to move our alumni beyond passive groups and into more meaningful connections. It allows us to create a private, focused environment where members can continue learning, connecting, and building value long after the program ends.โ โGina Stracuzzi, President & Chief Revenue Officer, IEPS Center for Elevating Women in Sales Leadership
How Networked Is Supporting Their Vision
As IEPS prepares to launch its alumni and member community, the goal is to create something more intentional than another LinkedIn group or Slack channel. Past attempts on those platforms made one thing clear, sales leaders need a dedicated space built for relevance, consistency, and professional value.
With Networked, IEPS is building a private, white-labeled hub where alumni and members can participate in cohort-based discussions, join virtual sessions, access curated content, and stay connected without the noise of traditional social platforms.
The community is also being designed with paid membership in mind, giving IEPS a sustainable way to support the experience while creating a stronger sense of buy-in from members.
Just as important, the platform gives IEPS a path toward more purposeful networking. As Networkedโs discovery and matchmaking capabilities expand, members will be able to find relevant peers, expertise, conversations, and opportunities based on what they are actually looking for inside the community.
For an organization built around sales effectiveness, that distinction matters. The value is not simply in bringing people together. It is in helping the right people find each other at the right time. That is the next layer IEPS is building, a more focused, connected, and resilient home for the sales leaders shaping what comes next. Explore the IEPS community here.
