Scaling the Global Standard for Trade Show Excellence
About
The Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Association (EACA) represents the specialized companies behind the execution of large-scale trade shows, across AV, labor, logistics, flooring, and exhibit services. With more than 200 member companies and over 60,000 professionals, the organization plays a central role in supporting the people who bring complex exhibition environments to life.
Led by Jim Wurm, a 30-year industry veteran, and his team, EACA has built its reputation through strong relationships, industry expertise, and consistent engagement across its network.

In Their Words
โOur members arenโt sitting behind desks, theyโre on job sites, solving problems in real time. The opportunity here is to give them a way to connect, share information, and access what they need without delay.โโJim Wurm, Executive Director, EACA
How Networked Is Supporting Their Vision
EACA is getting started on Networked to bring its network into a more connected, accessible environment, one that reflects how its members actually work.
The platform creates a single place for resources, communication, and member visibility, making it easier to navigate everything from operational information to peer-to-peer support. With structured spaces for different service areas, regions, and member types, it mirrors the way the industry already operates, while making those connections more immediate and actionable.
As the community is introduced, it will support faster coordination, clearer access to information, and more direct interaction across the network, extending the value EACA already delivers in a way that fits the pace of the trade show floor.
