Tokens measure what your community does each month. Every plan includes an allowance, and it resets every month.

You earn first. We take a small share.
When members pay for a membership, ticket, course or anything else, the money goes to your own Stripe account, under your brand. Networked keeps a fee on sales that falls as your plan rises: 8% on Free, 5%, 2.5% and 1.5% on Standard, 1% on Plus.
Card processing is charged by the payment provider on every plan, as it is everywhere. Members never pay Networked anything.
Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Every feature is included, with 10,000 tokens a month and an 8% fee on sales. There is no credit card and no trial that ends.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for a year up front and get two months free. On Standard 2 that is $1,490 a year instead of $1,788, so you save $298. Your tokens still reset every month.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
Move up to a bigger plan at any time. Your allowance also resets at the start of every month.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Move up or down from inside your community whenever you like.
Is there a limit on members, spaces or admins?
No. Tokens are the only limit on any plan.
Do my members pay Networked anything?
No. Members pay you, in one checkout under your brand, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. The fee on sales comes out of what you earn.
What is the difference between Plus and Hub?
Plus gives one community its own branded iOS and Android apps. Hub runs many communities, such as chapters or partner programs, with shared sign-in and central control. Both are set up with our team.
Is card processing included?
No. Card processing (about 2.9% + 30¢ per payment) is charged by the payment provider on every plan.
