Quinn’s Gym is a premier, community-focused fitness facility based in Carmichael, California. Dedicated to providing inclusive, high-impact programming, the gym serves a diverse demographic, ranging from neurodivergent youth and families to adults aged 55 and above.
Quinn’s Gym specializes in targeted, life-changing fitness pillars, including Personal Training, the RISE Inclusive Fitness program for neurodivergent youth, and Rock Steady Boxing, a non-contact boxing program designed specifically to combat the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
Gym Manager Jess Lemos and owner Kevin wanted a secure, highly intuitive way to host specialized fitness communities. With a significant portion of their membership being older adults or families managing specialized health conditions, user-friendliness was paramount. They needed a platform that replicated the familiar, easy-to-navigate nature of mainstream social networks while allowing specific program groups to communicate, track class schedules, and share medical wellness resources without hitting the broader gym membership with irrelevant updates.

How Networked Is Supporting Their Vision
Quinn’s Gym is launching its first digital community hubs on Networked, starting with dedicated spaces for its Rock Steady Boxing, Strength and Rehabilitation, and RISE Inclusive Fitness cohorts.
The community will allow for leadership to scale their coaching impact beyond the physical facility. By providing a centralized home for educational resources, targeted communication, and streamlined scheduling, Networked gives Quinn’s Gym a sustainable pathway to deepen member relationships.
