J Leaders is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting Jewish young adults as they grow into values-driven leaders and changemakers. Founded in 2021, J Leaders offers programs, mentorship, and learning experiences designed to strengthen leadership capacity while grounding participants in Jewish values.
J Connect is the organizationโs community space, created to bring participants together beyond individual programs. Through shared experiences, conversation, and connection, J Connect supports ongoing growth, service, and collaboration among a diverse network of emerging leaders who are committed to community and impact.
By combining leadership development with Jewish identity, J Leaders creates an environment where young adults can learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and translate values into action.

How Networked Is Supporting Their Vision
J Leaders has chosen Networked as the digital foundation for J Connect, creating a dedicated space for participants to stay connected, continue learning, and engage with one another beyond in-person programs. As the community begins to take shape, the platform provides the structure needed to support conversation, events, and resource sharing in one private, accessible environment.
With flexibility across mobile and web, Networked allows J Leaders to bring together members from different regions while keeping the experience intentional and easy to navigate, setting the groundwork for a community that can grow alongside its programs.
