With interactive emails, every post you share in your community can also be sent to your members’ inboxes. From there, they can like, comment, and respond right from their email, with every interaction syncing automatically back to your community.

This takes an already smooth community experience and makes it even more effortless, letting people participate instantly from their inbox.

This means:

  • No more “I forgot my login.”
  • No more “I’ll check it later.”
  • Your content lives where your members already are: their inbox.

📰 Newsletter Plus and Subscribers: Expanding Engagement Beyond Members

With Newsletter Plus, you can instantly turn community content such as posts, polls, or events into interactive newsletters. Readers can like, comment, RSVP, or reply right from their inbox, and every interaction syncs automatically back to your community.

Subscribers let you reach a wider audience without requiring them to join immediately. They can engage through newsletters first and later move through a natural funnel from subscriber to active member.

We’ve made it easier than ever for your members to stay connected. With our new “Help Me Log In” feature included in email receipts, users can effortlessly:

  • Reset their password if needed

🔓 Direct Activation: Removing Barriers to Joining

We’ve also heard how frustrating it can be when potential members stall at the invite step. That’s why we’re introducing Direct Activation, which allows admins to automatically add users to your community.

No more waiting for people to accept an invite or click through multiple steps. Direct Activation removes that barrier completely, helping you grow faster and onboard members more smoothly.
