Founded by Nadine Spring, PhD, the organization was shaped by a problem that continues to affect real outcomes in care, which is the persistent underrepresentation of marginalized communities in clinical trials. SpringWell360โs work responds directly to that gap by helping healthcare organizations, researchers, and professionals build more inclusive research practices and stronger pathways to equitable care.
