Opportunity Thrive is a coaching and professional development organization focused on helping educators and professionals navigate burnout, build resilience, and create more sustainable ways of working and living.
Based in Michigan and working with educators across different contexts, Opportunity Thrive supports individuals who are often carrying more than their roles were designed for. Teachers, school leaders, and professionals come to Opportunity Thrive at moments of strain, transition, or reflection, looking for a way to move forward without losing themselves in the process.
Their work centers on one idea. Sustainable external impact starts with internal capacity. Through one-on-one coaching, guided reflection, and practical tools, Opportunity Thrive helps individuals strengthen emotional regulation, self-efficacy, and clarity in their work. The result is not just short-term relief, but long-term growth that carries into classrooms, teams, and communities.

How Networked Is Supporting Their Vision
Opportunity Thrive is beginning to extend its work beyond individual coaching sessions into a more continuous and accessible form of support.
Through Networked, they are building a private digital space designed around the realities of their work. Not a large, open community, but a structured environment where confidentiality, care, and intentional engagement can be maintained.
Within this space, educators will be able to access resources when they need them, stay connected between sessions, and engage in support that fits their pace. Coaching relationships remain central, while the surrounding experience becomes more consistent and accessible.
The community is being developed carefully, with a focus on piloting and learning before expanding. The goal is not scale for the sake of scale. It is to create something that genuinely supports the people it is built for.
