Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc., based in Louisville, Kentucky, is the only Black Chamber of Commerce in the United States dedicated to serving Black youth ages 9โ24. Guided by the mission โMoving Black America Forward,โ the Chamber fosters economic and social mobility through innovative programs.
Their national initiative, NOIRBBC Clubs, equips young people with mentorship, training, business counseling, financial literacy, and cultural engagement. From school chapters to digital platforms like Inspire Black Mag and Noir Music Streaming, the Chamber is building a pipeline of opportunity for the next generation.
