A community for your customers, under your brand
Give customers one home for onboarding, education, webinars and peer support, on your own domain and in your own iOS and Android apps. Activity syncs to HubSpot or Salesforce, so your team can see who is engaged before renewal.
- Your domain and your own apps
- HubSpot and Salesforce sync
- API and webhooks
Where customers learn, get answers and stay
Most customer community software is a support forum on the web. Networked gives customers everything that keeps them successful: onboarding, courses, webinars and each other, in one place with your name on it.
Onboarding and education
Courses with quizzes and certificates, a resource library and a media center for how-to videos.
Webinars and events
Product webinars, user groups and live Q&As, with registration and live video built in.
Answers from other customers
Discussions, polls and a directory, so customers solve problems together and your team hears what they need.
Engagement in your CRM
Activity syncs to HubSpot or Salesforce, next to renewals and pipeline. Build more with our API and webhooks.
One question decides it
Do your groups need their own members and their own admins? If they are run centrally, Plus fits. If each one runs itself, Hub fits.
One community, in your own app
Everyone joins one community under your brand. Spaces organize every audience: chapters, programs, cohorts, member tiers or premium areas, each with its own access and moderators.
- An association with a Space for each chapter and each member tier
- A university alumni app with a Space for each class year and one for donors
- A software company with Spaces for admins, developers and champions
Many communities, one app
One app holds many separate communities. Each has its own front door, members, admins and content, and you set the shared rules, including how much each community can see of the others.
- A federation whose chapters each run their own community
- An accelerator with a community for each portfolio company
- A company that offers branded communities to its own clients
From first call to your app in the stores
Most launches take two to four weeks. You get a team that has done this many times, and you never manage a software project.

Organizations that run their community on Networked
“The value comes from real conversations, shared experience, and the ability to stay connected beyond a single moment or event.”
“Our members aren't sitting behind desks, they're on job sites, solving problems in real time. The opportunity here is to give them a way to connect, share information, and access what they need without delay.”
“Because our members hold highly specific roles with unique responsibilities, we want to give them targeted communities of practice that simplify how they support each other across districts.”
Ready for your security review
Our security program is maturing in stages toward SOC 2. Architecture diagrams and answers to security questionnaires are available on request.
Hosted on AWS
Containerized services on managed Kubernetes, with separate production, QA and development environments.
Encrypted everywhere
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. The production database runs across multiple availability zones, with automated backups.
Payments handled by Stripe
Card payments run through Stripe, so Networked never stores card numbers.
Your data stays yours
Each organization keeps its member list, profiles and history, and branded apps run under your own name and domain.

Enterprise questions
How long does launch take?
Most launches take two to four weeks from kickoff, including setup, moving members over and publishing your app.
Can you move us from another platform?
Yes. Our team brings over your members and content and plans the switch with you, so members get a clear invite to your new app.
Do members have to download an app?
No. Your community also works on the web, under your own domain. The app adds push notifications and a home screen icon.
Can we start with one program?
Yes, and we recommend it. Start with one program or chapter, see the results, then bring the rest over.
How much does it cost?
Plus starts at $425 a month, billed annually, with a 1% fee on sales. Hub is priced for your organization, with a fee of 0.5% or custom. Card processing is separate.
Who owns our data?
You do. You keep your member list, profiles and history, and your app runs under your own name and domain.
Give your members an app with your name on it
